Easy Vitamin Plan provides a monthly subscription of personalized vitamins. Each month, our customers receive some of the best health and wellness products right to their door, including our signature “Essentials” plan of 30 daily vitamin packs. BASIC INFORMATION

How do I get started?

Great! If you are looking for a little help figuring out what vitamins to take, we can help. All you have to do is answer a few quick and easy questions, and we will recommend vitamins and supplements for you. Take the quiz to get started.

How much will my order cost and how does pricing work?

To make it easy, we have a set price for our "Essentials" formula, $49.99 per month. The formula covers your foundational needs to become and stay healthy.  If you choose to add an additional supplement to support a health need, it is only $4.99 extra per month or $0.16/day. Since our recommendations are personalized, some costs may vary. If you are concerned with cost, connect with our Customer Specialist and we’ll do our best to customize your pack to fit your budget and health needs.  Contact us.

6. Can I change my plan?

Yes! You can change or modify your order anytime by logging into your online account. From any page on our web site, select the account icon  in the upper right-hand corner. Once you have signed in, select "Get Your Vitamins", and then select "Re-take quiz".  Follow the prompts to modify your plan to best suit your needs. We are working on ways to customize even further.  Feel free to contact us with your wishes and ideas.

➤ How many packs do I receive in a one-month supply?

Each box comes with 30 packs, meant to be taken once a day. Once you are near the end of a month of vitamins, we will be preparing a new box to arrive as part of our auto ship process before your month ends.

Can I just order one month?

Yes, while all orders are subscriptions, however, you can cancel your subscription at any time.

➤ How long will it take to process my order?

You should get your first order in 5-7 days from ordering. If for some reason it is taking longer, it is a result of the customization and personalization we put into each box! Your order requires a high level of detail since it is truly made just for you, and we are working hard to handpick your packs.

➤ How do I resume my subscription if I stop it?

You can always resume your subscriptions by simply signing in and managing your subscription from your account.

➤ When will I receive my box each month?

Renewals are set to be delivered every 30 to 31 days (based on the next calendar month) starting from when your box is marked delivered.

➤ Questions related to your order including, returns, billing, etc.?

Changing or Cancelling My Subscription 

➤Can I update my address and shipping information?

Yes, you can easily update your payment information, log into your online account. From the Easy Vitamin Plan homepage, select the account icon in the upper right-hand corner of the web page. Once you have signed in, click the button at the top of the page.  From there, click “Address and Shipping Information”.

➤ Can I change products in my subscription?

Yes! You can customize your order anytime by logging into your online account. On the Easy Vitamin Plan homepage, select the account icon in the upper right-hand corner. Once you have signed in, click the button at the top of the page and go to “Products in your subscription" Tab.  From here, you can add, remove or swap an item for your next subscription. 

➤ Can I change my next order date?

To change your order ship date, please contact customer service and one of our Vitamin Specialist will be happy to revise your ship date.

➤ Where's my order? / Where's my tracking number?

If you are in the United States, orders typically take 2-5 business days to arrive to your location after your order has left our facility. Please allow up to 2 business days to process your order. We currently do not ship outside of the United States.

You will receive a tracking number in your email after your order has left our facility. From here, you can check on your order as it travels.

You can also track your order anytime by logging into your online account. On the Easy Vitamin Plan homepage, select the account icon in the upper right-hand corner of the web page. Once you have signed in go to “orders” and click on your last order shipped.

➤ How do I pause my subscription? 

To place your account on hold, first, log into your online account. From the Easy Vitamin Plan homepage select the account icon in the upper right-hand corner of the web page. Once you have signed, in click the button at the top of the page.  From there, click “Pause Subscription” located under “Subscription Status”, on the bottom right side of the page.

➤ How do I cancel my subscription? 

To cancel your subscription, log into your online account. From the Easy Vitamin Plan homepage, select the account icon in the upper right-hand corner of the web page. Once you have signed in, click the button at the top of the page.  From there click “Cancel my subscription” located at the bottom of the page.

➤ Can I review my order history?

To view your transaction history, log into your online account. From the Easy Vitamin Plan homepage, select the account icon in the upper right-hand corner of the web page. Once you have signed in, click the button at the top of the page.  From there click “Transaction history”.

➤ How long does it take to receive a refund? 

We process all refunds in our system within 48 hours of request. The amount of time for funds to be returned to account depends on your financial institute and may take from 2 to 7 business days

Yes! All of our plans offer several supplements that support energy. Each supplement works in a unique way to support your energy levels.  However, some of us would like additional energy support.  If this is you, we suggest starting with our assessment to identify which plan is the best fit for you. ➤ Where are Easy Vitamin Plan supplements manufactured?

All Easy Vitamin Plan supplements are manufactured in the United States in a GMP facility that is NSF™ and UL™ certified. Our facility also produces items that are Non-GMO, Organic, Hallal and Kosher certified.

A simple summary of our quality processes are as follows:

  • All raw materials and ingredients are tested before being utilized in production.
  • There are dozens of “in process” quality assurance Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) to ensure processing at the highest standards.
  • Finished product testing is conducted by independent third-party labs to ensure label claims are accurate.
